Monthly rates include: Utilities, 25 meals per month (three meals each day plus snacks for Assisted Living), bus transportation, satellite TV, house-keeping, maintenance service , state-of-the-art emergency call system, 24 hour security.

This three story facility was opened in 1998, and includes a state-of-the-art emergency call system, 24/7 on site security, individual temperature controls, full-size washer and dryer, a dining room, activity center, gift shop, library, exercise and fitness center, private dining room, billiards room, game rooms, large courtyards, elevators, heated pool and spa, putting green, beauty/barber salon, and computer rooms. Apartments include patio/balcony, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, satellite TV, broad band access, smoke detectors.

Fellowship Square-Mesa is a resort-style setting including a full activity program. Daily activities include social outing and tours, scheduled transportation, aquatic therapy, exercise/fitness classes, bingo, Wii games, billiards, card games, arts & crafts, Bible studies, religious services, entertainment, guest speakers, in-house movies, newsletter, monthly newcomer/birthday celebrations, in-house TV programming, computer classes, massage therapy.

Fellowship Square-Mesa is a Christian Care Company, not-for-profit, founded in 1979. Also included on the 10 acre campus is a 65 unit HUD community offering Independent and Assisted Living. ALTCS approved.
